Martine J. RoBards, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist, author and management consultant. A former professor of Anatomy and Psychobiology at the University of California, Dr. RoBards’ professional work with the concepts of type and temperament began in the 1980’s. She was founder and managing director of The Leadership Dimension, where she wrote dozens of books, profiles, games, and tools for type & temperament professionals. Throughout the 1990’s and into the 2000’s, Dr. RoBards’ clinical practice focused on neuropsychology. Dr. RoBards’ work has been featured in California Business, INC Magazine, The Los Angeles Times, The Orange County Register, The Louisville Courier-Journal, ABC and CNN news features. Her products have been featured in Training Magazine, Psychology Today, the Bulletin of the Association for Psychological Type and The Type Reporter. She retired in 2005. He is President of RoBards Counseling & Consulting, Inc. in Louisville, KY. Mr. RoBards is also Associate Director of Operations for Bellewood Homes for Children.
